This CCPA Privacy Notice applies to residents of California, USA. It explains your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and how LearnEnglish.Life collects, uses, and shares your personal information.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your CCPA rights, please submit a verifiable request using one of these methods:

We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will inform you in writing.
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization.
